Brewing in Wenatchee is a celebration of Washington agricultural products. The primary ingredients of beer are hops, barley, water and yeast. Approximately one third of all the hops in the world are grown and processed in the Yakima Valley. Over 95% of the barley and wheat we use at Badger Mountain Brewing is grown and malted in Washington State. To round these things out, is our excellent Wenatchee water that is almost perfect for American style ales. Mix in dry, hot, thirsty summers and what more could a brewer ask?
